Join Pacific in Congratulating Allie Losli on Her Retirement

After more than 36 years at Pacific University, Allie Losli, associate vice president for finance and controller, is retiring!

While we wish we could celebrate together Allie’s well-deserved retirement, we need to continue Pacific’s commitment to adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols. Instead, we invite you to share a message of congratulations with Allie. Find the details below.

Allie began her career at Pacific University in June 1984. She has been a phenomenal asset to Pacific, assuring continued financial stability and accuracy without compromise. Overseeing all of the Accounting and Business Office functions, she runs a tight ship. Everyone knows their role and has a strong commitment to compliance and accuracy. Under Allie’s leadership, Pacific has achieved successful year-end financial audits with no major findings — a huge achievement.

Allie’s historical knowledge will be extremely missed. She remembers almost everything when it comes to financial milestones for Pacific over the last 36 years. Allie has served as the face of Pacific University with major external partners such as bankers, external auditors, 403B retirement management, bond attorneys, investment portfolio managers and more. She also holds a senior role on Pacific’s internal committees and Board of Trustee campus property, audit, investment and finance committees.

It’s hard to find anyone in our current community who remembers Pacific University without Allie. Behind the scenes, she has dedicated long hours and weekends, never wanting any recognition or to be in the spotlight. If her staff works weekend, she is right beside them. Her staff describe her as a mentor, protector, and someone who cares about each and every one of them and their families.

Pacific has been so fortunate to have had such a humble, dedicated, honest and loyal employee for more than 36 years!
