Laura Edwards-Leeper Featured in Economist Article

Laura Edwards-Leeper, professor of psychology, was featured in an online article Dec. 12, 2020, "An English ruling on transgender teens could have global repercussions," in The Economist. One of Edwards-Leeper clinical and research interests are gender identity issues, which include issues related to non-conformity and transgenderism. In the article, she discusses how she gets many emails from parents “desperate to find a therapist who will not just blindly affirm that their child is trans.”
