Katie Farrell PT, DSc, Part of Interprofessional Presentation at Island Eyes Conference
On January 28, 2017, School of Physical Therapy faculty member Katie Farrell PT, DSc, was part of an interprofessional presentation at Pacific University’s Island Eyes Conference in Kaua’i.
The CE course, titled Balance and Vestibular Dysfunction: An Interprofessional Approach to Diagnosis and Treatment, was done with co-presenters Annie Hogan, PhD from the School of Audiology, and Bradley Coffey, OD, FAAO from the College of Optometry. The presentation highlighted the assessment process used in the Interprofessional Dizziness and Balance Clinic they have developed.
