A Pacific Experience of His Own

The son of two Pacific University alumni, Josh Higa '19 started attending Pacific University events as a child.

When he came to Pacific as a student, though, he wanted to carve out his own place.

"I didn't want to have my parents' experience; I wanted to have my own experience," he said.

He's found his own pathway, pursuing his passion for improving the world and making great friends along the way.

"A lot of people here they try their best to be a family, try to connect with each other in different ways," he said. "I definitely feel that will help me in the long run."
