Public Health Professor Publishes Book Chapter, Selected for Honor
Moriah McSharry McGrath, Public Health, has had a book chapter published. The chapter, "Planning a Health City: Progress and Challenges in Portland, Oregon," appears in The Routledge Handbook of Planing for Health and Well Being.
She was also selected in partnership with the executive director of Community Alliance of Tenants as one of 12 teams from around the country to join the Community-Based Participatory Research Partnership Academy at the Detroit Urban Research Center.
She also was selected this summer to participate in the Undergraduate Global Health Summer Institute on Curriculum and Course Development, sponsored by Howard Hughes Medical Institute, AAC&U and the Global Liberal Arts Alliance.
