2024-2025 Housing Rates
Rates listed are per person, per semester (fall and spring). Your contract is for the full academic year. Your room rate includes electricity, heat, garbage and recycling, internet access, and access to laundry rooms. The university supplies a bed, desk, desk chair, dresser drawers, and closet/wardrobe. Housing charges are added to your student account and are billed by semester.

*Students who apply for and are selected to live in the living-learning community of the Environmental House receive partial room remission, as detailed in that application process.

Commuter Meal Plans

Commuter plans are also available to residential students who are not required to have a full meal plan.
Boxer Bucks
Available only to any student as a supplement to a full meal plan, or as an option to students who are not required to have full meal plans. Includes only Boxer Bucks, which roll over from semester to semester (unlike Declining Balance). Boxer Bucks Plans are not automatically repeated each semester; each purchase must be requested. Plans can be purchased multiple times to provide additional Boxer Bucks as desired. Offered in amounts of $100, $200, or $300.
