How to Apply for the Dental Hygiene Program

We are pleased that you are interested in applying to our program! This page provides information on the online application and deadlines. It is recommended to apply and submit transcripts to DHCAS after you have received Fall Term grades, if applicable. 

Dental Hygiene Central Application Service (DHCAS) 
Pacific University utilizes the Dental Hygiene Central Application Service (DHCAS). The DHCAS allows you to apply to multiple Dental Hygiene programs. There may be other programs you are considering that use DHCAS such as Portland Community College. The fee to apply to one school is $50 and $35 for each additional school after. Applicants only need to fill out the DHCAS and there is no separate application to Pacific or fee. You must submit all transcripts and other documents to DHCAS and not to Pacific University.
