Welcome Concordia Students
We are saddened to hear of the announced closure of Concordia University Portland.
As community members and higher education professionals, it is our hope that all displaced Concordia students find the right college or university to complete their degrees.
It is with empathy and a desire to support you during this difficult time that we’re reaching out to you.
Pacific University supports students in transition, and institution administration at this time of change. We are working with any students interested in finishing their degrees at Pacific University. We want to make this unexpected transition as smooth as possible for all of you.
Pacific is working to ensure that your prior coursework is honored. Our faculty continue to work to help align coursework and degree requirements making accommodations to support smooth transition and to facilitate on-time program completion and graduation. We have a simple straight-forward application for Concordia students, to streamline the admission process, and are waiving application and enrollment confirmation fees for those who apply. Students will be considered for Pacific merit scholarships, grants, and part-time financial aid.
Concordia Portland undergraduate students in good standing, and incoming undergraduate students admitted by Concordia will be accepted for admission, and will qualify for merit scholarships, in the range of $12,000-$24,000 per year.
Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
