All are welcome to join the Alumni Association for this meaningful time of reflection. Held quarterly, the Remembrance Ceremony honors our alumni and friends who have recently died.
The names of alumni and other members of the university community who have died are inscribed in a Book of Remembrances, which is displayed in Old College Hall. During the ceremony, the bell in Old College Hall is rung to signify the passing of each individual.
At noon, alumni and friends who have died in recent months will be remembered in the quarterly ceremony.
At 1 p.m., in special extended ceremony, members of the university community may request the reading of the name of a departed loved one who was a student, alumnus, employee or friend of Pacific. All submissions are welcome regardless of the year of death. Please email your submissions to Kylie Thompson by Oct. 30, alumni@pacificu.edu.
