The Student Counseling Center (SCC) is excited to partner with the Center for Gender Equity (CGE) to create Queer Let’s Talk on Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m. during the spring semester 2021.

In his first book of poetry, The Father’s Curse, Garrison King-Halsey III ’19 has published a collection of poems reflecting the current landscape of the dating world for young adults from the perspective of a young African-American coming into adulthood. It gives insight to love, heartbreak, cheating culture, toxic masculinity and more.

Pacific University students, instructors, and practitioners in healthcare profession programs are invited to take part in Toward a Health Presence — a free eight-week online training designed to support stress reduction and resilience.
The grants require students to demonstrate exceptional need and can be used for any component of the student’s cost of attendance or emergency costs that arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including tuition, food, housing, healthcare or childcare.
