Zhuoming Peng Granted Tenure

Zhuoming Peng has been promoted to full professor of business and granted indefinite tenure by Pacific University. 

Peng has taught finance for more than 15 years, and he continues to make significant changes and improvements to pedagogy and to embrace innovative teaching. 

He has been actively engaged in peer-reviewed research with a strong pedagogical anchor that falls under Boyers’ category of “Scholarship of Teaching and Learning”, and he has had a total of 12 peer-reviewed journal publications to date. 

Peng’s service contributions to Pacific University and the College of Business have been significant, including helping to establish Pacific’s first student-managed investment fund, The Boxer Opportunity Fund, where he continues to serve as faculty mentor.
