Workshop Overview
Join Graham Turner for an interactive workshop and discussion centered on coping, developing well-being habits, and cultivating more restful sleep. Participants will learn about strategies to bring their coping into alignment with their values and capacity. We will also explore how to generate new habits (or refresh old habits) that support well-being...emotionally, physically and for the whole self. Build your ability to recognize systemic and structural influences on your coping and caring practices!
