Undergraduate Tuition Exchange Applications Due Soon in HR
For tier I and tier II benefit-eligible employees, who have completed one year of continuous employment at Pacific University, the undergraduate tuition exchange application period is open through Saturday, Nov. 30, 2023, for the 2025-2026 academic year.
This applies to eligible employees, employee’s spouse/domestic partner, employee’s dependent children (defined as under age 24, claimed as a dependent on most recent IRS income tax return or divorce decree, and first bachelor’s degree). The application is due to Human Resources no later than Nov. 30, 2024.

Tuition Exchange is only available to college aged dependent children of employees that meet the qualifications, as outlined above, and is used for attending any institution included in the Tuition Exchange Program. Please find a listing of the participating schools by visiting the Tuition Exchange website. If your dependent child is a new applicant or is currently on a tuition exchange scholarship, please complete the Undergraduate Tuition Exchange Application and return to Human Resources no later than November 30, 2024. Applying to the Tuition Exchange program involves two applications: 1.) the application to Pacific University Undergraduate Tuition Exchange Program due by Nov. 30; and, 2.) If/when approved for the Undergraduate Tuition Exchange Program by Pacific University, the applicant must also apply for the Tuition Exchange Scholarship at the Tuition Exchange website.
A member of the HR team will send you an email confirmation that your application has been approved or denied no later than Dec. 31, 2024.

Employee Graduate Tuition Assistance is available to benefited faculty and staff for graduate tuition assistance when attending an eligible Pacific University program, up to $5,250 per year. If you are a new applicant or are currently on a graduate assistance scholarship, please complete the Employee Graduate Tuition Assistance Application and return to Human Resources.
