Undergraduate Research Conference 2021 Returns to Forest Grove Campus
The Pacific Undergraduate Research Conference is returning to an in-person format this fall. The conference is scheduled in the Strain Science Center 121 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10. Please note: This is a new location. Both oral and poster presentations will be accommodated.
Students interested in presenting must register by 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1.
Students from any discipline and any college year who have done research or creative work may present at the conference. Students who worked at institutions other than Pacific are also welcome to present. Research experiences are an important part of students’ development as professionals.
Pacific is the No. 1 private research university in the Pacific Northwest, and as such, has a reputation for mentoring its undergraduate students especially in the areas of scientific and creative research. For many presenters, these research projects will become the basis of their senior capstone project.
If students have questions, please email chemistry professor Kevin Johnson.
