Pacific University has recently seen more fraudulent claims being made under employees' names. The Human Resources team offers resources to help protect your identity.

Canopy, Pacific's Employee Assistance Program also has many helpful resources. They have a web page that lists all webinars they hold and some of those cover identity theft. Canopy also offers a free consultation with a fraud resolution specialist. 

If you have a new fraudulent claim made in your name and you would like to notify Human Resources, please fill out our data breach and fraudulent claims form.
