Student Time Cards To Be Locked June 26

If you have students working over summer, their time cards will be locked at 5 p.m. on June 26 and they will no longer be able to clock in or out. You will need to email Kelsey Delanoy and Amy Brown with all hours that your student is scheduled to work June 26 5:00 p.m. to June 30. These hours should be sent to Kelsey and Amy by June 26 at 5 so we have time to add and process these hours for Payroll. Student time cards should be turned back on by 5 p.m. on July 3. If students worked July 1 through July 3, they can submit a punch request for the hours they worked those three days while the time cards were locked.
