School of Pharmacy Assistant Professor Edward Saito Named Finalist in Poster Competition
School of Pharmacy Assistant Professor Dr. Edward M. Saito has been named a finalist for his paper titled “Evaluation of venous thromboembolism risk stratification for periprocedural warfarin management” in the American College of Clinical Pharmacy’s (ACCP) Best Resident and Fellow Poster competition in conjunction with ACCP’s upcoming 2015 Global Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (October 17-21, 2015, in San Francisco, California). School of Pharmacy faculty, staff and students would like to congratulate Dr. Saito on his accomplishment and wish him a successful result at the competition.
