Save the Date for Strategic Plan Employee Sessions
All employees are invited to participate in the Pacific University strategic planning process this May.
The discovery phase of the process includes three World Café opportunities, where employees will take part in guided question and discussion activities. The World Café activities are the key opportunity for employees to share their thoughts and ideas for the university’s strategic plan. Everyone is encouraged to participate.
In-person World Café sessions are available from 9 a.m. to noon May 9 in Hillsboro and from 9 a.m. to noon May 10 in Forest Grove. A virtual session will be offered on May 11 from 9 to 11 a.m.
Following the World Café events, all employees also will have a chance to add input through a survey.
These discovery phase activities will inform summer-long work, where the strategic planning team will develop the draft strategic plan. That draft will be shared with stakeholders this fall through the governance system and will go to the Board of Trustees for final approval in December.
Save the date now to participate in the World Café sessions and watch for more details coming soon.
