Sarah Woodman MHA ’12 Appointed to Oregon Respiratory Therapist and Polysomnographic Technologist Licensing Board

Sarah Woodman MHA ’12 is the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) Respiratory Director who was recently appointed to the Respiratory Therapist and Polysomnographic Technologist (RTPT) Licensing Board for the State of Oregon. The RTPT Licensing Board oversees the practices of respiratory therapists and polysomnographic technologists in Oregon. Her responsibilities include a three-year commitment to work with other board members to address issues that affect policies, procedures, and requirements for technologists throughout the state.

She has worked at OIT for six years as an associate professor and two years as program director of the respiratory care program. She also works as an on-call respiratory therapist at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Ore. She is also working on a doctorate of education in organizational leadership with an emphasis in higher education leadership.
