Review and Enroll in Your 2025 Benefits

Benefits Open Enrollment for 2025 began on Friday, Nov. 1, and ends on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. During this time, benefit-eligible employees will be able to make desired changes to their current benefits within the Paycom HRIS system.

If an employee does not make changes to their current benefit setup, it will remain the same in the next plan year. However, please note, that employees must re-enroll annually for Flexible Spending Accounts.

One-on-One sessions are available with each medical insurance carrier by appointment. Please visit the Open Enrollment webpage for more details.

How to Make Changes or Enroll

To make changes or enroll in benefits during the Open Enrollment period Nov. 1-18, 2024:
1. Log in to Paycom
2. Go to "Benefits"
3. Choose "Open Enrollment"
4. Click "2025 Enrollment"
5. Start Enrollment

Please note, changes to retirement contributions must be made at TIAA (www.tiaa.org/pacificu). If you do not make any changes, your current contribution elections will stay the same. The IRS has announced the new dollar limits to retirement accounts for the 2025 tax year. The new amounts increased from $23,000 to $23,500. 

If you are currently enrolled in additional life insurance, those plans will rollover.
