Read Updated Procedures for Mail and Package Services

As we continue to enhance our Mail Services, I would like to clarify our updated procedures regarding the pickup and delivery of mail and packages.

 

Pickup and Delivery Procedures:

 

  • Mail Pickup: All departments are required to pick up their mail from the mail room at the staff entrance.

  • Package Delivery: We are happy to deliver packages to your department. If you prefer to pick them up, please inform us in advance.

  • Assistance Available: If you are unable to pick up your mail, please let us know, and we will gladly accommodate your needs.

 

We have discontinued designated mail delivery routes on campus due to the increasing volume of packages we receive daily. This change allows us to focus more on efficient service.
