Pacific Clubs Unite to Celebrate Lunar New Year
The Pacific University Chinese Qilin Club has partnered with other cultural clubs on campus for two weeks of collaborative celebration of the Lunar New Year.
The Lunar New Year occurs on Feb. 12, 2021, ringing in the Year of the Ox.
Bon Appétit will offer free, culturally diverse menu items at lunch each day, and various clubs will host virtual activities on Zoom in the evening showcasing how various cultures celebrate the new year. Participate to learn, play games and win prizes!
All Zoom gatherings will be available from 7 to 9 p.m., with the exception of the Feb. 8 session from 8 to 9 p.m.
