Pacific Announces New Registrar, Staff Updates
Pacific University welcomes Nikol Roubidoux as its new registrar, effective Jan. 25.
Roubidoux previously worked at Lewis-Clark State College, where she has served as registrar, director of admissions, associate director of career and advising services, faculty member, and active participant in university governance, including Faculty Senate, Petition Committee, Curriculum Committee, Director’s Council and Enrollment Management Committee. She also has taught English and writing at a variety of institutions.
“Nikol’s experience makes her a strong addition to the Pacific team,” said Provost John Miller. “She is passionate about the registrar’s role in supporting our students, staff and faculty. She has already expressed an excitement about building on recent improvements to technology at Pacific and will help lead the Registrar’s Office in this area.”
Roubidoux will join the Academic Affairs team at Pacific, reporting to Miller, who plans to retire in June and will be succeeded by Ann Barr-Gillespie.
Also in Academic Affairs, Kim Greenwood will become the senior executive assistant to the provost and will temporarily continue managing university governance, as she has since 2012. She follows Karla Staihar, who recently was named chief of staff in the President’s Office.
Pam Arnold, who currently serves as executive assistant to the vice provost and executive dean of the College of Health Professions, will add the title of director of Hillsboro Campus Operations as she coordinates operations in Hillsboro.
Please join us in congratulating these Pacific staff members on their new roles.
