In the News: Professor Connor Principe Weighs in on Ramifications of Recent Facial Attractiveness Study
Pacific University assistant professor Connor Principe recently provided perspective to the Las Vegas Review-Journal about a recent study on a possible correlation between student learning and facial attractiveness of teachers.
The study, conducted by a graduate student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, suggests that students learn better from teachers they find attractive.
Principe, a member of the College of Arts & Sciences Psychology faculty and an expert on facial attractiveness, cautions that care needs to be exercised by both those who report and read the study’s findings.
