New Link Created for EEOC Hiring Document Requirement
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires that all recruiting, interview, selection and hiring documents be retained for one year. A central repository has been created for convenient submission to Human Resources in an effort to speed up and simplify this process.
For all new hires, the chair of the hiring committee should scan all documents into a single document and upload the pdf using the job title as the name of the file. Documents may be submitted via the Recruiting Documents link on the Human Resources – Employment page.
