In Memoriam: Lafe Kellen Wiltbank PharmD '15

Lafe Kellen Wiltbank PharmD '15 died on June 22, 2021 at age 39. Dr. Wiltbank was a dedicated student and caring pharmacist, and will be missed in Pacific’s alumni network and in the pharmacy community in Oregon.

The Pacific University Alumni Association will also include Wiltbank in the Alumni Remembrance Ceremony on Aug. 12. During this ceremony, the names of alumni and other members of the university community who have recently died are inscribed in a Book of Remembrances and the bell in Old College Hall is rung to signify the passing of each individual.

Wiltbank is survived by his wife, Bea; children, Berlyn, Liam, Kellen, and Piper; his parents, Charles and Stacey; and brothers, Camron and Cory.
