Memorial Service for Janine Vuylsteke Planned for May 9

A memorial service for Janine Vuylsteke, former Pacific University employee, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at St. Alexander Church, 170 N. 10th Avenue in Cornelius. She died April 19, at age 71.

She served as the manager of dental administrative services for the School of Dental Hygiene Studies from 2007 until her retirement in 2018. “She was a strong advocate for the School of Dental Hygiene Studies and a shoulder to lean on for all faculty, staff and students,” said Amy Coplen, director of the school.

Our hearts are with Janine’s family, friends and the many students and employees whose lives she touched over the years.
