Meet the Mailroom Staff

As many of you know, our long-time Mail Services team — Donna Hepler, Judy Cook and Arlene Adamson — all decided to retire this past summer. We are sad to see them go with their combined 55 years of service to the Pacific University community, but we wish them all the best. 

That means that we have an all new crew. Each one of them brings their own unique talents and experiences. We are delighted to have this team and they are excited to meet all of you. 

Nicolaus Gray
Nick is the Supervisor of Mail Services and oversees all operations on both the Forest Grove and Hillsboro campuses. Nick was a lead consultant at FedEx before coming to Pacific and brings a lot of knowledge about shipping and receiving. Nick has a very diverse skill set and work history that will help him thrive on our campus. 
 

Adrian Olmstead
Adrian is one of our Mail Services Operations Specialists and a Pacific Alumni. Adrian said he has always wanted to come back to Pacific. Adrian worked for many years at the United States Postal Service doing rural deliveries. You will most likely see Adrian out and about on the Forest Grove campus doing departmental deliveries.

Karla Aguilar
Karla is also a Mail Services Operations Specialist. Karla was a courier for Tuality Hospital (now Hillsboro Medical Center) where she loved getting out to see people. Karla will continue to share her energy and positive attitude while being the primary Mail Services person at the Hillsboro campus. 

Heather Holland
Heather rounds out the team of Mail Services Operations Specialists. Heather has spent many years as a quality analyst in the banking industry and brings a very wide knowledge of data collection. Heather will mostly be on the Forest Grove Campus doing our database management, bulk mailing and key inventory.
