Marina Suzuki Granted Tenure
Marina Suzuki has been promoted to associate professor of pharmacy and granted indefinite tenure by Pacific University.
Suzuki received her doctor of pharmacy degree from Oregon State University and a PhD in clinical pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Florida. She joined Pacific University School of Pharmacy in 2015 and teaches gastroenterology and biostatistics courses at the College of Health Professions. She also serves as director for the Office of Global Pharmacy Education and Research within the School of Pharmacy, coordinating international exchange programs for pharmacy students and researchers.
She is a pharmacist at Legacy Health Ambulatory Care Services and dual board-certified in pharmacotherapy and ambulatory care.
She enjoys mentoring her students and residents for their research projects and cultivating their scholarly interest.
