Follow your passions and make a difference by joining a Staff Senate committee this year! We are looking for fresh faces and new ideas. All staff, faculty and students are welcome to join. Caring Committee
Chair: Katie Lardy 
Do you have a big heart? Join the Caring Committee to help create a community of encouragement among Pacific staff by sending notes of care in response to life events, both good and bad.  

Communications Committee
Chair: Rachel Cadd
Are you passionate about writing, marketing and communication? Join the Communications Committee to help enhance communication between Staff Senate, committees and the campus community. 

Idea Committee
Chair: Will Lindauer 
Join the IDEA Committee if you love creating experiences and bringing visions to life. The committee helps plan and organize activities in an effort to get staff involved in costume competitions, parties, food drives and more (like the bowling night above!).
 
Governance Committee
Chair: Amy Tracewell
Help guide the Staff Senate as part of the Governance Committee! This committee coordinates the election process for the Staff Senate, monitors vacancies and reviews bylaws on a regular basis.

Staff Professional Development Committee

If you’re committed to helping people grow and succeed, the Staff Professional Development Committee is for you! This committee helps plan workshops, seminars, leadership opportunities, technology training and the yearly All Staff Conference.

Welcoming Committee
Chair: Pamela Arnold 
The Welcoming Committee is looking for friendly faces like yours! Join this committee to help send a personalized welcome to each new staff employee and help ease them into the Pacific community.
