Join Us for a Week of Activities to Get Ready for the Election

October 7-11 is National Voter Education Week! With the election less than 1 month away, this is a great opportunity to make sure you're ready to cast your vote.

The full schedule of National Voter Education Week events on the Pacific campuses includes:

  • Monday, October 7National Voter Education Week Launch
    11:30am - 1:30pm | UC Info Table | Forest Grove Campus
    Stop by to grab a snack, chat about the election, and get everything you need to complete the National Voter Education Week "Voting Checklist".
     
  • Tuesday, October 8: Pizza & Postcards
    5:00pm - 6:00pm | UC Lounge | Forest Grove Campus
    Join us for pizza and help write to voters who might not otherwise feel empowered to vote. We'll also share how you can do your own outreach to family and friends before the November election. 
     
  • Wednesday, October 9: CHP Information Fairs
    11:30am - 12:30pm & 1:00pm - 2:00pm | HC2 Atrium | Hillsboro Campus
    Helpful info for both students and faculty/staff. Plus snacks and raffle prizes!
     
  • Thursday, October 10: Social Media Takeover
    11:30-1:30pm | UC Tables | Forest Grove Campus & @mcce.pacu
    We're taking over @pacu.mcce and hosting an elections photobooth in the UC. Stop by to take your own photos and win prizes!
     
  • Friday, October 11: Families Club Fair... and UC Patio Party!
    Families Club Fair: 10:00am - 12:00pm | Forest Grove Campus
    Patio Party: 5:00pm - 7:00pm | UC Patio | Forest Grove Campus

    We're hosting a DJ'd party on the UC patio in partnership with Centro Cultural on Friday night! Join us to screen print t-shirts, create your own stencil graffiti art, and ask any lingering questions you have about the 2024 election. We'll be on the UC patio from 5:00pm - 7:00pm, wrapping up in time for you to make that night's Open Mic!
