It's that exciting time of year again — undergraduate New Student Orientation is just around the corner! We're reaching out to invite all current staff, faculty, alumni, and friends to take part in this important event. Your support makes a huge difference in welcoming our new students and their families.

As we gear up for a whirlwind August, we also want to remind you of some of the important dates and information that may affect campus spaces or activity.
Early Arrival Dates:
- August 14: Football
- August 16: Cross Country, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Spirit Squad
- August 18, 20, or 21: International Programs
- August 19-24 (typically 6-7 p.m.): Optional Early Move-Ins - Students can begin moving back into Residence Halls during any of these times so prepare for increased activity this week.
New Student Orientation: August 22-25. Check-in and move-in for new students happens Thursday, August 22 on the Forest Grove campus.
Parents and families will be on campus August 14 and 16 for early arrivals and August 22 and 23 for family Orientation. The family orientation program concludes with Sign, Shake and Ring on August 23.

Parking Lot Closures: Please be aware that parking lots D, G, and K will be closed on August 14, 16, and 22 to accommodate move-in activities. These closures are necessary to ensure a smooth and organized process for our incoming students and their families. We appreciate your understanding.
