Join the August 2023 Commencement Event Team

Mark your calendars for Pacific’s August 2023 Commencement and help make the day extra special for our graduates! The university needs staff members to help with student support, guest seating, program distribution, shuttle driving and more. It won't be the same without you!

Volunteers need to arrive on the Forest Grove Campus approximately two hours before the 9 a.m. ceremony starts on Saturday, Aug. 12. We’ll provide breakfast snacks and beverages for volunteers. Register Now!

Hourly or non-exempt employees, please work with your supervisor to adjust your schedule to assist at this event.
