Important Changes at Mail Services

It's been a long time coming, but it's finally here  - Mail Services is moving away from Green Slips in your mailbox to sending you an email notification that your package is ready for pickup.

You should be receiving an email in the next week asking you to set up your account. It is very important that you sign up using your PUNet ID (the college email address ending in @pacificu.edu), or you may not receive the notifications. 

Once the new system is in place, you'll receive an email with a QR code instead of the old green slips. Bring that QR code with you (you can absolutely just use your phone) to the service counter and show it to us there, and we'll be able to grab your package for you. 

There will probably be a few updates over the upcoming weeks as we try to work out any kinks before everyone gets on campus for the Fall semester. If you notice any issues, please make sure to tell us! We want to know if there are issues so that we can fix them before we start getting 300 Amazon packages a day.
