"I Love Languages So Much"

Diane Lebowitz ’16 is an education major at Pacific University, who also is minoring in Japanese and in teaching English to speakers of other languages.

Among her favorite experiences has been a civic engagement course that allowed her to teach Japanese to third- and fourth-graders in a local after-school program.

“I love languages so much,” said Lebowitz. “I’ve made so many friends, and I’ve made so many connections because of Pacific.”
