HR Team on the Move

There are some changes in the HR Team. After five years with Pacific University, Carmen Castañeda has decided to pursue an aspiration to specialize in retirement plans. While we are sad that she is leaving Pacific University as of July 5, 2024, Carmen accepted an external offer aligned with her career path. We are grateful for her multiple contributions and demonstrated care for employees through the deployment and evolution of our benefits plans. As a College of Business MBA alumna, Carmen will continue to advocate for Pacific University as a wonderful role model and spokesperson.

With the philosophy of supporting career development, we are delighted to share that Kelsey Delanoy is stepping into the Benefits and Leave Specialist role. As a lifelong learner with the University since August 2019, Kelsey is well-suited to expand her HR career by adding benefits expertise to her portfolio. Please welcome Kelsey to her next step as of Monday, July 8, 2024.
