Get Ready for Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits will begin on Friday, Nov. 1, and end on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. During this time, benefit-eligible employees will be able to make desired changes to their current benefits within the Paycom HRIS system.

If an employee does not make changes to their current benefit setup, it will remain the same in the next plan year. However, please note that employees must re-enroll annually for Flexible Spending Accounts.

The new medical benefit rates and Benefit Guide for 2025 are located on our Open Enrollment web page. On this web page, you will also find that One-on-One sessions are available with each medical insurance carrier by appointment. You can also register for an Open Enrollment webinar presented by Nonstop Health. These will all have options in English and Spanish. 

Please note, changes to retirement contributions must be made at TIAA (www.tiaa.org/pacificu).

La inscripción abierta para los beneficios de 2025 comenzará el Viernes 1 de Noviembre y finalizará el Lunes 18 de Noviembre de 2024. Durante este tiempo, los empleados elegibles para beneficios podrán hacer cambios deseados en sus beneficios actuales a través del sistema HRIS de Paycom.

Si un empleado no realiza cambios en su configuración de beneficios actual, esta se mantendrá igual en el próximo año del plan. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que los empleados deben reinscribirse anualmente para las Cuentas de Gastos Flexibles.

Las nuevas tarifas de beneficios médicos y la Guía de Beneficios para 2025 se encuentran en nuestra página web de Inscripción Abierta. En esta página, también encontrará que se ofrecen sesiones individuales con cada proveedor de seguros médicos mediante cita. También puede registrarse para un seminario web de Inscripción Abierta presentado por Nonstop Health. Todos estos tendrán opciones en inglés y español.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que los cambios en las contribuciones de jubilación deben hacerse en TIAA.
