Do Not Use Your Nonstop Health Visa Card for 2024 Expenses

The new year begins a new benefit year. This means that you can no longer use your Nonstop Health Visa Card for expenses from the 2024 calendar year. If you have medical expenses from 2024, DO NOT use your Nonstop Visa Card, instead you will go online to submit a claim. 

All claims are due within 90 days of the end of your plan year, which is Dec. 31, 2024. So if you have any outstanding claims for reimbursement or provider payment for qualifying prescriptions or services received in 2024, make sure to submit those to Nonstop via the claims process by March 31, 2025! Otherwise you risk your claim being denied.
