Del Quest Granted Tenure

Aisling “Del” Quest has been promoted to associate professor of social work and granted indefinite tenure by Pacific University.

Prior to beginning her teaching career in 2013, she practiced as a clinical social worker. At Pacific, her teaching focuses on preparing social work students to offer culturally responsive services while navigating the diverse and challenging situations they will face in the field. Her research includes topics related to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention, effectiveness of online training for social workers, LGBTQ youth, and youth in out-of-homecare.
