Deadline Approaching for December Payroll Forms

Winter break is fast approaching, which means Payroll forms are due earlier than usual this month.

For December, the deadline to submit Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and Supplemental Pay Requests (SPRs) is Friday, Dec. 8.

Anything received after Dec. 8 will be paid out or updated in January. Supervisors should also review and approve/deny time off requests as soon as possible for December. 

A reminder that Pacific University will be closed from Dec. 21, 2023 to Jan. 1, 2024, for winter break and reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
