COVID-19 Survey for Undergraduate Students

Pacific's Institutional Research and Assessment team is looking for feedback from undergraduate students to the current pandemic. Please share your comments on Pacific's response to COVID-19.  Look for a link to the survey in your Pacific email sent April 28 with reminders throughout May. 

Submitting your survey responses automatically enters you in a random drawing for an Amazon gift card worth $25 each.  Students are only eligible to win one time.
