Build Mindfulness Skills in Mindful Coping Groups
The Student Counseling Center offers students Mindful Coping group sessions throughout the semester. The three-week series will help you to build skills, enhance flexibility, and develop insights about how you respond to distress in life.
The first series starts on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 3 - 4 p.m. in Forest Grove and Thursday, Sept. 12, 12 - 1 p.m. in Hillsboro. Call 503-352-2191 or email counselingcenter@pacificu.edu to register.
