Anjolina Horzynek '22 Recognized for Outstanding Contributions to Student Affairs
Anjolina Horzynek '22 was honored at the 2022 Undergraduate Awards Ceremony for her outstanding contributions to student affairs at Pacific University.
Horzynek arrived at Pacific as a transfer student and quickly established herself as a student and community leader. "She has been a driving force behind the Association of Latinx and Ally Students," her nominators said, "and has worked to better the new student experience with her involvement in Orientation."
She also has been involved in the German Club, the Center for Languages and International Collaboration, and studied abroad in Spain in the fall of 2021.
"She is kind, compassionate, and always willing to lend a hand to anyone that needs it," the nominators noted.
The other seniors honored for their contributions to student affairs at this year's Undergraduate Awards Ceremony were Joey Grafton '22, Logan Aki-Marcos '22, Madi McKay '22, Chiffon "Fon" Noble '22, Aubrey Romero '22 and Kathleen Ward '22.
