Alexis Reynoso MSAT '21: Pacific's Outstanding Graduate in Athletic Training
Alexis Reynoso MSAT '21 is the Pacific University Alumni Association 2021 Outstanding Graduate in Athletic Training.
Reynoso earned a master of science in athletic training in May 2021 from the School of Physical Therapy & Athletic Training. Reynoso served as class vice president and a member of the Professional Student Senate.
Reynoso also worked with Special Olympics Wilsonville Soccer & Youth Games.
“During her tenure, Alexis Reynoso has been an amazing representative of our program,” her nominators said.
Reynoso is one of seven 2021 graduates to receive an Alumni Association Outstanding Graduate Award. Other awardees are Maile Altier PT '21, Jen Bass '21, Michelle Lee MS, OD '21, Fernando Lira '21, Rae Palmer SLP '21, and Madalyn Seidl PharmD '21.
Pacific’s master’s program prepares students for certification and licensure as athletic trainers, healthcare professionals who work with physicians to prevent and diagnose injury, and treat and rehabilitate acute and chronic issues that would impair or limit their patients’ activity.
