Adjunct Faculty Member Wendy Beth Rosen Presenting at 2022 COVD VDR Symposium

Wendy Beth Rosen, teacher, consultant, and author of The Hidden Link Between Vision and Learning: Why Millions of Learning-Disabled Children Are Misdiagnosed, will be a featured presenter at the annual COVD VDR Symposium scheduled from April 5 to 9, 2022. 

In her presentation, Rosen reflects on her own role as an educational consultant specializing in metacognition, and coming to realize the serious gap in what teachers are taught about the role of vision in learning. She also shares the working model she has developed for how this important information can be taught in teacher preparation programs.
