Here is the schedule for your arrival day on either August 20th, 21st, or 22nd (depending on the Voyage trip for which you are registered). A copy of this schedule is included in your registration packet which will be mailed to your home after your registration form has been received.

 

3 – 5pm          Move-In

                      - Check-in by Residence Halls on College Way   

5 – 6:30pm     Welcome Barbecue                           

                      - Introductions by Pacific Voyages Leadership Team and Pacific Staff

6:30               Pre-trip Meetings: Voyage Participants                            

                      - Break out into individual trip groups                           

                      - Meet Voyage Leaders and fellow participants                           

                      - Equipment check-out                           

                      - Final gear check

6:30               Orientation: Voyage Parents                           

                      - Come meet the Pacific Voyages Leadership Team

                      - Informational sessions available
