Students have a right to the conditons that promote learning: freedom of speach, expression, and association, freedom from harassment, the right to privacy, and the right to due process. Students are responsible for helping to maintain a campus atmosphere conducive to teaching and learning.

Academic honesty and integrity are very important values. Academic dishonesty includes any method by which a student misrepresents the quality of her or his academic work. Academic dishonesty is a serious matter and will be dealt with accordingly, up to and including dismissal from the University.
