Teach English in Korea: post grad opportunities
The Korean Ministry of Education invites native English speakers to apply for several teaching positions. Competitive salary, roundtrip airfare, and furnished housing provided. Must have completed bachelors degree.
The English Program in Korea (EPIK) and Teach and Learn in Korea (TaLK) are currently recruiting for several English teaching positions.
Eligibility for EPIK and TaLK include:
- being a citizen in a country where English is the primary language
- holding at least a bachelor's level degree from an accredited university (all majors welcome to apply)
- be mentally and physically healthy
- have a good command of the English language
- have the ability and willingness to adapt to the Korean culture
Duties are carried out under the guidence of the host Provincial Office of Education and include:
- conducting English conversation classes for Korean teachers and students
- preparing teaching material for English language education
- assisting with activities related to English language education and other extra-curricular activities
- jointly conducting English classes with Korean teachers
