In Memoriam: Nancy (Isaac) Scroggs '63

Nancy Woody (Isaac) Scroggs ’63 died Aug. 15, 2022, at age 82. She was born in Multnomah County, Ore., on July 30, 1940, to Dorothy Janes and Lawrence Woody. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Griffin, Ga., and retired as a human resources consultant from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., in its division of cardiology. She was also member of the Griffin Choral Arts and the Daughters of the American Revolution. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Janes and Lawrence Woody; and first husband, Walter M. Isaac, Jr. She is survived by her husband, John Scroggs; daughters, Carol (David) MacKusick and Michelle (Ron) Kelley; step-grandchildren, Sarah (Daniel) Mills, Melissa (Luke) Piotrowski, Amber Hunt, Ronnie (Megan) Kelley and wife, Scott Kelley and Hayden Evans; several step-great-grandchildren; step-children, Ross (Mary) Scroggs, Chip (Rachel) Scroggs, and his wife, Rachel, and Dody Cochran; and several step-great-grandchildren.
