Hire Students at the 2023 Fall Work & Service Fair
Do you have student positions you need to fill? The Academic & Career Advising Center is offering an event for faculty and staff to learn more about how to successfully recruit students in the morning prior to the 2023 Work & Service Fair, which is scheduled on the Forest Grove Campus Thursday, August 31, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on the Marsh East Lawn.
Faculty and staff, who have student positions available, are invited to a pre-fair event to learn about networking, get questions answered and set up prior to the work & service fair.
The 2023 Work & Service Fair is an opportunity to connect with primarily undergraduate students, who are interested in part-time work (work-study and non-work-study), internships, and other opportunities for experiential learning for the upcoming academic year.
Please register by Thursday, Aug. 24, and participate in the pre- service fair event on Aug.31:
- 9:30-10 a.m. | Welcome & Orientation
- 10-10:30 a.m. | Q & A + Networking
- 10:30-11 a.m. | Set-up for Work & Service Fair
- 11-1 p.m. | Work & Service Fair recruitment event
Once registered, you will receive an email with location details for this pre-fair event.
Recruiters from the area and on-campus employers will have a chance to interview and hire students on the spot, provide details about upcoming opportunities, and inform students about their organizations.
